ABOUT BAILEY CREATIVE WORKS
JON BAILEY
MULTIMEDIA SPECIALIST
With over two decades’ experience as a business owner, I’ve built a deep, hands-on understanding of marketing, technology, and storytelling fuelled by both necessity and a passion for creative problem-solving. As a cinematographer, photographer, and 360° content creator, I help brands grow and connect through targeted digital strategies spanning web development and social media. Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, and motion graphics tools.
I lead projects from concept to completion developing campaigns, refining brand identities, and producing content that’s as visually compelling as it is commercially effective. London-based but no stranger to operating internationally, I’ve worked with clients such as Accor Hotels, Hard Rock Cafe, Diageo, WAHL, Paul Mitchell and Ferrero. My portfolio includes red carpet events for the BFI, behind-the-scenes work on James Bond productions at Pinewood Studios, photography published in The Daily Telegraph and Le Figaro, and major campaigns such as the Habito launch video (550,000+ customers) and a £150mn estate sales film for Knight Frank.
The creative industry has evolved. In today’s age of AI and accessible pro-grade equipment, competition is fiercer than ever and versatility is essential, a cameraman is now also an editor and designer; a photographer is also a videographer... and so on. Many “agencies” are, in reality, one or two people managing freelancers. I see this as an opportunity. When you hire me, you get me, I work with trusted freelancers when needed but personally oversee every project to ensure quality, flexibility, and fast turnarounds without inflated costs or unnecessary delays.
As a filmmaker, I’ve had entries in the Cannes Short Film Corner (Palme d’Or category) and collaborated with RØDE Microphones and Amazon through their creator programmes. I also continue to explore emerging formats, producing immersive 360° content and pioneering early VR video playback systems. Previous roles include Head of Marketing & Technology for heritage brands Hilditch & Key and Bates Hatters (2021–2023), leading their digital transformation and modernising the brand and customer experience. Broadcast Editor for Manoto TV (2017–2024) producing campaigns for BBC, ITV, SKY, and ABC. I am currently an ongoing creative supplier for Ferrero UK&I, producing video, photography, and digital content across their brands: Nutella, Ferrero Rocher, Eat Natural, Kinder, and Thorntons.

AFFILIATES
For projects that call for more than one set of hands, I collaborate with a trusted group of professionals who are each a force in their own right. These are skilled affiliates I’ve worked with time and again, whose expertise I value deeply. On larger shoots, I also draw on a wider network of freelance second shooters and editors to ensure we always deliver at the highest standard.
